Some of our artists will take on coverups but require a consultation first to determine if the size, darkness and placement of your old tattoo allows for a successful coverup or not. Laser tattoo removal to lighten the old tattoo may be recommended.
Each artist has a different rate depending on their years of experience and what you’re requesting; things they take into account are size, style and placement. To get an accurate price for your idea book a consultation over email or in person with your favourite artist!
You can bring reference images or inspiration to your artist. However, all of our artists create custom designs of their own that reflect their style and are made specifically for your complexion, skin texture and size of placement area.
Your artist will provide you with specific written instructions on how to wash, moisturize and treat the area. Please avoid scratching, picking at the area while it’s healing and stay away from pools, lakes, saunas and the gym for at least 3 weeks.
It varies from person to person, many will describe it as a scratchy or burning sensation, but everyone’s pain tolerance is different and some areas of the body are more sensitive than others.
Make sure to eat a healthy breakfast and stay hydrated the morning of your appointment. It is recommended you get a good night sleep and avoid alcohol the night before; this will help you tolerate pain and discomfort more easily.

The first week is the most crucial period of healing and when you want to pay the most attention at what is touching the area in order to avoid fading/ infection. Please follow the aftercare instructions. Tattoos are fully healed at 4 weeks.
attoos will slightly fade over time depending on how much sun exposure, skin damage you expose it to. We recommend you continue to take good care of your tattoo by wearing sunscreen to avoid the need of a touch up down the line.
Tattoos pose a health risk for pregnant and breastfeeding women, We do not recommend getting tattooed at this time.
